1. Who you are contracting with

These Terms govern your access to and use of the SiteScan EHS service ("Service"), provided by TEVALOTS LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization.

2. The Service

SiteScan EHS provides AI-assisted environmental, health and safety screening from photographs, comparing visible conditions against published standards including OSHA 29 CFR 1910/1926, World Bank ESMS, IFC Performance Standards, ILO OSH 2001 and ISO 45001/14001. The Service is a screening aid and does not replace certified inspection, professional judgment or competent-person sign-off required by law.

3. Acceptable use

You must not: (a) use the Service unlawfully; (b) upload content you have no rights to; (c) attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Service or its security; (d) use the Service to generate misleading, defamatory or deceptive material; (e) resell or redistribute the Service without our written consent.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it current.

5. Intellectual property

We retain all rights, title and interest in the Service, including software, models, documentation and branding. You retain rights in the photographs and notes you submit; you grant us a limited licence to host and process them solely to provide the Service.

6. Payments, subscriptions and refunds

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. See also our Refund Policy.

Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You may cancel at any time and retain access until the end of your paid period.

7. AI outputs — accuracy and responsibility

The Service produces AI-generated findings that may be incomplete or incorrect. You are responsible for verifying outputs before acting on them. AI outputs are not professional safety, legal or engineering advice. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to the images and information you submit.

8. Service availability and warranties

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, special, incidental or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (such as fraud or personal injury caused by negligence).

10. Indemnity

You will indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your content, your unlawful use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. On termination, your right to use the Service ends and we may delete your data after a reasonable export window.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to TEVALOTS LLC's principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be brought in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
