30-day money-back guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all SiteScan EHS subscription purchases. If you are not satisfied with the Service, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date or most recent renewal date.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, which acts as the Merchant of Record for all SiteScan EHS purchases. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and locate the relevant transaction using the email used at checkout, or
- Email us at support@tevalots.com with your order reference and we will arrange the refund with Paddle on your behalf.
What's covered
The guarantee covers your most recent paid period. We may decline refunds in cases of suspected fraud or abuse of the Service. Refunds are returned to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time from the in-app account management screen. Cancellation stops the next renewal; you retain access until the end of your current billing period.
